Tamaki primary school is located is panmure east auckand on tripoli road. Its called tamaki PRIMARY but actually goes for year 1-8, Tps is also proudly supported by kids can and is a public school.
TPS has most of the cultures you can think of but is 90% tongan, and the other 10% is Maori, chinese, indian, eueropean, And samoan. But supports every culture & everyone that attends tamaki primary.
Tamaki also has a class for disabled and special children, that find it hard too speak & walk.
We have a class for children that excel in te reo, they will get moved from there original class to the te reo class.
I did mention its a public school with a population of 215 kids, with that ,any kids we have 5 main values too follow manatanga. Witch means rangimarie tukumarie and respect, also manaakitanga witch means caring for others, whanaungatanga that means building positive relationships, Plus ako that means teaching and learning, and lastly we have kaitiakitanga meaning guardinaship.
Our school has plenty of sports for the children too take part in including netball, rugby, softball & many many more. Thats why we encourage you too let your children attend TPS
